How can I be sure you are the right person for the job?

We are dedicated to providing excellent and professional service and quality of work at all times. We will always come and visually assess the job and provide you a free quote within 48 hours of visiting the site. We welcome any questions when we meet face to face and want to make sure you feel comfortable and confident in our service. 

What experience do you have?

In total our team has over 15 years working in the arboricultural industry. Training and working in New Zealand, our founder has unrivalled experience dealing with large scale work and complicated rope access making him highly skilled in all aspects of tree work. We are continually learning and keep up to date with new ways of working and best safety practices of our industry. 

What guarantees can you offer that the job will be finished on time and on budget?

We will always come and visually assess the job and ensure we have all the information that we need to provide you with an accurate quote and timescale. Due to the nature of our work, sometimes times can vary on the day due to circumstances outside of our control such as weather. We will always communicate any changes to schedule to you and work best to accomodate any situations that may arise to cause the least disruption to our clients whilst ensuring quality of the work.
